Revision 4.0. Please read these terms carefully. By utilizing the EzzyBricks ecosystem, you enter a legally binding contract regarding our capital and assets.
01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the EzzyBricks platform, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services, including property inventory browsing and capital applications.
02. Financial Protocols
All capital bridge loans and financing offers provided through EzzyBricks are subject to internal underwriting and asset appraisal.
Interest Rates
Rates are dynamic and based on real-time market liquidity and your private asset equity.
Pre-Approvals
Our 6-minute pre-approvals are non-binding until a formal property valuation is completed.
03. Asset Integrity
While EzzyBricks strives for 100% accuracy in our property inventory, all listings are provided on an "as-is" basis. Architectural renders may differ slightly from the finished construction based on site conditions and material availability.
04. Limitation of Liability
EzzyBricks Global Network, its directors, and architects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from property market fluctuations or capital delays. You assume full risk for all financial investment decisions.
05. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to our capital pool and inventory tools immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the ecosystem.
